1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the website of First Steps Montessori Centre (6 Raya St., entr. B, Plovdiv, Bulgaria) and the provision of its services: psychological support, speech therapy, occupational therapy, art therapy and Montessori sessions.

2. Services and enrolment

Enrolment for services is done through the inquiry form, by phone or by email. The specific conditions, duration, frequency and price of services are agreed individually at the first meeting and confirmed in writing or by email. The information on this website is not an offer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act, but an invitation to inquire.

3. Responsibilities

The centre applies the care of a good professional when providing services. Results of work with children depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed in advance. In case of medical or neurological concerns, the centre's specialists may recommend a consultation with a doctor.

4. Website content

The content of the website (texts, images, materials) is the property of the centre and may not be reproduced without written consent. Gallery photos are illustrative unless stated otherwise.

5. Liability and applicable law

The centre is not liable for interruptions in access to the website caused by circumstances beyond its control. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent court in the city of Plovdiv, under the law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
